The user has the right to cancel a reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy described below.

3.3. Royal Ballooning Obligations

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled date: full refund.
• Cancellation between 2 and 7 days before: 50% refund of the amount.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before: no refund is granted.

In case of cancellation on our part due to safety reasons or force majeure, you will receive a full refund or the possibility of rescheduling.
